:looking through the window in the transmission looks to be OK. The booster does need to be replaced BUT as its only function is providing boost is not the lack of clutch engagment issue. Until you measure your booster pushrod, I wouldn't rule out the booster. If the reaction disc falls out, your booster pushrod will be about 5mm below spec and you will definitely have clutch engagement problems. I'm talking about "Output Rod Length A", not "Input Rod Length B" Have adjusted the clutch per the doc you linked. :Going to pull tomorrow night the SS clutch line, slave and master and bench bleed them. I am convinced that is the problem. Dayum, these things are waaaaaaaaaaaay more of a bitch to bleed than my 1989 928 S4! Not in my experience. If you have deleted the second bleeder on the fender these are easy to bleed Bleeding clutch on it was a 15 minute process, unbolt slave, pump in and out 20 or so times, bolt back up, done..
